Does anyone know of a place that will do hypnotherapy for someone with schizophrenia?

Question by Kitkat: Does anyone know of a place that will do hypnotherapy for someone with schizophrenia?
I have schizophrenia and a severe spider phobia. I take (amongst other things) Sertraline which helps tremendously but lately I’ve found that my spider phobia is starting to get worse. I’ve had two rounds of CBT which didn’t help and I really want hypnotherapy. But every place I’ve gone to as soon as they hear the word schizophrenia they back away and refuse to treat me. Does anyone know of a place where I can get hypnotherapy with schizophrenia? Thanks in advance!

Most hypnotherapists are not medically qualified, and schizophrenia requires special care with hypnotherapy. Usually only psychiatrists (who are doctors who have studied psychology) would hypnotize someone with schizophrenia. So you need to find a psychiatrist is is also trained in hypnotherapy. If you have a regular psychiatrist then he / she may be able to refer you to someone suitable. If you have difficulty you could contact a large hypnotherapy organization and ask for someone suitable.

In the US The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and The National Guild of of Hypnotists are two possibilities. (links below)

Can dental implants be used to replace 1st and 2nd molars?

Question by anonymous: Can dental implants be used to replace 1st and 2nd molars?
A dentist I saw said that it is difficult to place dental implants in the far back of the mouth-especially the 2nd molar region. He said the reason is there is less bone in the far back of the mouth. Is there a way around this? Are dental implants still successfully placed in the 1st and 2nd molar areas of the mouth frequently? I have two 2nd molars on the top right and lower left that may eventually need to be replaced by implants.

be careful about implants because if you get in an auto accident, where normally you would just lose a couple teeth, the person with implants may receive a broken and or shattered jaw, unless the technology has changed since the 90s

and i dunno, sorry lol
